So yesterday and old friend ask me if I would check out a program called Light Factory. Light Factory is a computer based programing software. I think it is a lot like the martin show designer. There are several thing that we have all see before but it looks interesting because of the USB control surfaces. So the idea was that I would test this program on my MAC while running parallels. So most of you of there have been in the position of looking for new employment. I have been very lucky in the last few years to be with stable talent who work often. What do you do when a client decides to work less and cut your rate at the same time. I am a loyal guy who would love to stay with one client for ever. It looks like that is not going to happen.
